solutions since 1999.
E-learning systems design and
implementation |
-
Feasibility studies either for private or public use E-learning
systems
Grinfa develops e-learning courses, based
either on your own training material or on training material
developed by its senior training consultants
Quality and
effectiveness of Grinfa’s e-learning courses |
By
saying e-learning courses,
we do not mean an “electronic book”, that is scanned pages from
books or seminar notes, which are simply made available over the
internet! Instead, when we say “e-learning course” we mean a
complete, comprehensive, very rich in content, and self explanatory
training course that has been developed using the most advanced
tools and presentation techniques like: multimedia, video,
animation, sound, texts, pictures, speech, graphics.
Technical
characteristics of Grinfa’s e-learning courses |
The training material is developed in
accordance with the e-learning standards suggested by the following
international bodies:
- Sharable Content Object
Reference Model(SCORM)
- Aviation Industry CBT (Computer-Based Training) Committee (AICC)
- IMS Global Learning Consortium (IMS)
- IEEE Learning Technology
Standards Committee (IEEE-LTSC)
Content is developed using “learning objects” and courses are
based on the instructional design methodologies for adults’
education. Development is characterised by a
variety of presentation means
(plurimedia),
and based on multimedia.
Our courses
satisfy both first and second interaction
levels/degrees, allowing the immediate feedback and the storage/saving
of students personal notes, on any page of the courses.
Pedagogical
principles of Grinfa’s e-learning courses

-
promote further study
The selected training strategies
for courses’ development are:
-
active learning

constructive learning
-
collaborative learning
-
intentional learning
-
conversational learning
-
contextualized learning
-
reflective learning
-
learning by discovering
-
learning by problem solving
-
exploratory learning
